About 5：50am on Jan.23, Star Princess passed latitude 60 south, formally entered into Antarctic Treaty water, started her 4-day scenic cruising around Antarctic Peninsula.
一月二十三日早上5：50公主号穿越了南纬60度正式进入南极海域，从这里开始了她四天的南极半岛的巡航。

A giant iceberg @ Antarctic Sound，二十四日早上5点多，天气还好，第一次亲眼看到了比足球场还大的浮冰，狂拍~


More icebergs @ Antarctic Sound，Antarctic Sound是一条狭窄的水道，每年12月到3月大量融化的浮冰从这个水道漂过。

Esperanza Base is an Argentinean research base located in hope bay on the Trinity Peninsula, that carry out projects regarding: Glaciology, Seismology, Oceanography, Coastal Ecology, Biology, Geology and Limnology.
During the summer months the base has 55 inhabitants including ten families and two school teachers and has gained fame for being birthplace to Emilio Marcos Palma , the first person to be born in Antarctica. The base has tourist facilities that are visited by approximately 1,100 tourists each year.
阿根廷的Esperanza站位于Trinity半岛上的希望湾，站内进行着不同的课题研究包括，冰川，地震，海洋，近海生态，生物，地质和湖沼的研究。
夏天通常有大约55人常驻，包括10个家庭和两个教师，第一个在南极大陆出生的小孩就是生在这个站。每年大约有一千一百个游客到这个站。
二十四日早上8点，公主号到了位于希望湾的阿根廷南极考察站。


离开了阿根廷南极考察站，公主号沿Antarctic Sound原路向北。

Arctowski Polish Antarctic Station @ Admirality Bay 下午2点半左右，公主号到了Admirality湾的波兰南极站，似乎中国的长城站离这个很近，但我们没有看到。
